Inserting this Internet Explorer only property can be done inside Web Studio:
1) Open the page whose backgroung you want to have "fixed" in the Web Studio editor.
2) Right-click on the page background to open the "Page Properties" dialog.
3) Go to the "Page HTML" tab and click on the "inside body tag" radio button. Any code placed in the dialog's text box while this radio button is selected will be inserted by WS at the end of the page's tag when the HTML is generated.
4) Put you fixed background code:
BGPROPERTIES="fixed"
in the dialog's text editing box.
5) Click OK to save you changes. And preview or upload your site.
